Joltchat provides access to digital premium services that are activated immediately upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital services and instant access, subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded once activated, except in specific cases outlined below.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
